Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Needed In Chinle, Az

• Requirements: Board Certified in Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week, Monday- Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, 40 hours/week. Some Call.

We have a new and excellent opportunity for a FNP or PA interested and available for a locums assignment in Chinle, AZ.  Details of the position are below:

• Start: 4/29/24 on an ongoing basis
• Location: Chinle, AZ 
• Hourly Rate: $90/hr all-inclusive rate
• Assignment Type: Clinic and Call coverage. Some Telehealth. 
• Case Load: 16-20 patients/day
• Requirements: BLS, ACLS and DEA
• Duration: 3 months, with potential to extend to 1 year
