We have an immediate opening for a Facility Manager with storage/retail business experience and possess an upbeat attitude, excellent customer service and communication skills to join our dynamic team. You will receive the necessary training needed to thrive in one of the fastest growing industries.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
* Asset management with emphasis on maximizing storage facility revenue
* Tenant collection management; including collecting customer payments and weekly deposits
* Light maintenance and cleaning of storage facility
* Assist with local marketing and networking to maintain and increase occupancy goals
*Leasing of available units and Move out procedures
* Basic knowledge of rules and regulations governing Idaho State storage facilities
* Ability to multi-task and handle short & long term projects
* Secure vendors as needed for maintenance and projects
* Prepare auction procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in self-storage is prefer, but not required.
Persuasive, out-going and sales oriented
Prior Sales experience

Computer knowledge and proficiency
Hours: Monday -- Friday 9:00 AM -- 5:30 PM
Compensation: Hourly rate $14.00 - $16.00 DOE
