Purpose of Role: The Facilities Management Assistant is responsible for supporting the Facilities Department in the day-to-day operations and improvement of the facilities, performing all aspects of facilities maintenance, preventative maintenance, in accordance with OSHA, ISO, state/ local and company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Focus Area: Perform facility maintenance and preventative maintenance on 480Volt Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC systems and Over Head Cranes and Doors.
• Focus Area: Applies various welding techniques (Mig, Tig, Arc, etc.) for fabrication and repair purposes.
• Focus Area: Read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, service manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance activity.
• Focus Area: Assist in setting up and maintaining parts and supplies inventory.
• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• 1-3 years of Manufacturing Maintenance experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safely rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• High Voltage (480Volt) Electrical and Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
