General Statement of Duties:
Under the general direction of the college's Facilities Director, this position is responsible for performing clerical and supportive duties to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Facilities Department in accordance with the established BCC standards and procedures.
Qualifications
• Minimum of a high school diploma/GED required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative, facilities, or business setting required
Requirements
Knowledge Required:
• Knowledge of general maintenance procedures
• Knowledge of specialty trades including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, heating & cooling, and painting.
• Knowledge of purchasing and inventory development
• Knowledge of line item budgeting and coding expenditures
• Familiarity with campus buildings and grounds, fire and safety codes/regulations
• Knowledge of Tribally Controlled Community Colleges
