The Role: Individual Contributor External Facing Role
Essential Functions:
- Associate will need to be able to monitor Facets core jobs and custom jobs running in scheduler and act promptly in case of failures.
- Analyze the job failure, create tickets and assign it to the right team.
- Monitor emails from Providers and respond to them promptly with the status of claims/Membership
- Actively participate in Support team daily huddle and report issues to IT director
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with Application support and App dev team members
Qualifications:
Education: BS in Computer Science or related major
Required Experience:
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience
- Experience in Facets, ServiceNow, Onbase and Onyx(Provider onboarding system)
- Experience in working on Job Scheuler like Active batch, Tidal etc.
- Must have at least 3-4 years of experience with Healthcare EDI including 834, 835, and 837 files
- Be willing to learn new skills whether they are directly tied to Applciation support.
- Associate should be flexible, eager to learn, creative and stay motivated
- Communicate well in person, over email, and via instant messenger within the team and with other development teams to improve quality, advance standards, and handle issues.
- Be self-directed and able to prioritize your own workload.
