About the Role

We are looking to hire a positive, proactive IT Applications Support Engineer to join our IT Applications team. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting the Infor Operating Service Tech Stack, assisting with system integrations, developing workflows, and responding to internal users’ help desk tickets.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage, monitor and troubleshoot Infor Operating Service (Infor OS) Tech Stack.
  • Manage and update SSL certificates within Infor OS.
  • Respond to help desk tickets related to Infor OS and SX.e Application.
  • Develop and manage ION Data Flows and workflows utilized for application integrations.
  • Provide backup support to MS SQL Database Administrator.
  • Provide backup support to EDI Administrator.
  • Provide backup support for custom code installations.
  • Support SX.e application integrations with third party software via REST APIs, EDI, and workflows.
  • Work with IT Applications team on troubleshooting and diagnosing software bugs.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum of a degree in engineering, computer science or a related field; or three to five years of experience in IT, or a related field with an ERP Application development and support. At least a working knowledge of SQL Databases.
