This is a remote position with a salary of $2000 per month plus commission payable as an independent contractor. Total potential compensation could exceed $200,000. The position may require some travel.

Experienced Retail Brokerand/or Investment Sales Executive

A rapidly growing investment banking firm focused on the micro to small-cap (public & private) markets is seeking to add an experienced Investment Sales Associate for the investment banking division. The candidate needs to have been a seasoned financial sales professional and proven producer with the capability to sell investment banking products to high-net-worth individuals, financial advisors, and family offices.

The candidate will work closely with senior investment bankers. You will experience training, hands-on learning opportunities, continuous mentoring and feedback, and numerous development opportunities. You will use your related experience to contribute to the firm's capital raising capabilities and M&A execution while helping build the firm's franchise and reputation in the marketplace. You will develop proficiency in all functional skills related to the major areas of investment banking and become a senior client executive. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills include:

-Creative and intuitive capability supported by a 4-year college education is required

-Ability to handle “cold” introductions to potential investors and clients by phone call or face-to-face is imperative

-Excellent communication skills and persuasion skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior financial professionals, C-Suite clients and key stakeholders in other lines of business

-Five or more years of client-facing and financial experience

-Current or previously FINRA Series 7/63 and 65 or 66 license is encouraged

-Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently in a high intensity work environment
