Job Description
The NNN Pro Group was formed more than 20 years ago and has sold/closed more than $30 billion of net leased real estate. The team is responsible for the development and execution of corporate sale-leaseback programs, credit underwriting, and acquisition and disposition programs for national franchisees, high net-worth investors, REITs, and private equity / investment firms in the United States. Candidates must have strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in real estate.
Responsibilities:
• Create proposal packages, marketing materials, and offering memorandums
• Perform market and property research to be used in marketing materials and valuation reports
• Analyze, review, and interpret real estate source documents, including operating statements, loan documents, leases, and other due diligence material
• Consolidate sales, market, and rent comparables
• Assist in deal management efforts including drafting / collecting key documents
• Contribute to ad-hoc business projects related to client requests and strategic growth initiatives
Required Qualifications:
• Current / Rising Seniors (Graduating December 2024 / May 2025) pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated interest in real estate industry
