Senior Associate, Digital Investment

Senior Associates support Managers and Sr. Managers in building digital campaigns across clients within the dentsu portfolio of agencies including Carat, dentsuX/360i, and iProspect. You will receive on-the-job training in industry landscape and technologies, technology partnerships, campaign management, client services, ad trafficking, analysis, and communications. This position can be performed remote, though the ideal candidate would be in the NYC area. You will report into the supervisor on the account.

Main Accountabilities:

• Holistic understanding of digital, deeper understanding of optimization strategy
• Support Manager/Sr Manager with all client deliverables including campaign set up, launch notifications, ad creative screenshots, reporting, and updates
• Complete quality assurance per dentsu QA process within ad server, buying platform or demand side platform
• Understand and complete responsibilities to traffic in the ad serving process. Be the account point person for agency ad operations coordinating assets for upcoming campaign launches
• You will communicate with agency team counterparts (planning/activation/ad ops/analytics)
• Manage pace reporting across campaigns and provide optimization suggestions to ensure full delivery
• Traffic all ad serving needs (if applicable) and provide quality assurance of tagging process. Diagnose ad serving issues and escalate quickly when needed
• Become an expert in the digital display ecosystem understanding the taxonomy of digital media landscape and its components
• Co-manage media vendor delivery reporting and complete campaign reconciliations on a monthly basis

• 1-2 years' experience in the digital industry
• Experience with Prisma
• Collaboration mindset
• Prioritize multiple tasks at any given time
• Mathematical skills
• Comfortable with analysis and data
• Experience working with business applications such as Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
