A locally owned and nationally recognized Printing and Marketing Services company in Washington DC is looking for a person with 2 or more years of experience as a Customer Service Representative. In this fast-paced position you will interact with customers and prospects helping to define requirements, solve problems and provide our products and services. It’s a perfect position for a positive, very detail-oriented people pleaser that allows for creative thinking when providing solutions.
Responsibilities include:
-Provide excellent Customer Service over the telephone and email.
-Help customers identify their needs and provide products and services to satisfy.
-Utilize point of sale software (PrintSmith) to prepare estimates and invoices for customers.
-Clearly communicate customer requirements and concerns to the production staff.
-A willingness to be proactive and take action.
-Strong computer skills
