Remote Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional Customer Service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
• Answer a high volume of incoming calls and emails
• Manage and maintain customer accounts
• Process orders and track shipments
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying and implementing process improvements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous Customer Service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
