As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls and emails
- Manage and maintain customer accounts
- Process orders and track shipments
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
