Work Schedule:
Generally M-F 8-4, with exceptions for special events and travel

Minimum Qualifications:
- Relatable experience with a bachelor's degree in education, business, communication, or a related area
- Understanding of higher education systems
- Demonstrated knowledge in other Microsoft Applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrated proficiency in video conferencing platforms [Zoom, MS Teams]
- Demonstrated organizational skills (including conference/event logistics)
- Demonstrated business communication system skills
- Ability to collaborate with other team members involved in administrative processes.
- Detail oriented, problem-solver, ability to handle challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in education or business-related field with project management
- Experience in North Dakota University System
