Job description

Responsibilities:
-Planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and coordinating of community to ensure quality care of residents.

• Maintain current and implement new federal, state, and local regulations
• Develop and maintain an effective communication relationship with family’s and residents
• Be on call for all emergencies
• Can project a calm and professional demeanor when under stressful situations.
• Create an environment for pride and quality among all staff, encouraging them to their highest potential.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, and workers.
• Become an intricate part of the community in social and civic affairs by representing the property in local, state, and professional organizations.
• Can keep collect and log invoices.
• Lead staff meetings

Experience:
- Proven experience in executive leadership roles, with a track record of success in negotiating contracts, managing operations, and driving business development
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving organizational goals
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, with a focus on streamlining operations and increasing productivity

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
