The Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant has been serving Colorado its own brand of Tex-Mex fare since 1986. With 5 locations across the Front Range, The Rio is the state’s favorite spot for Tex-Mex, good times, and, of course, margaritas!
From the beginning, our founders wanted the Rio to have a work environment where everyone could be happy as well as productive. This really wasn't very difficult -- all it took was creating the kind of place where people would want to work: a place with a fun, energetic atmosphere and great food! They wanted employees to be able to be themselves. They wanted everyone to work together. It’s out of these values that Team Rio was born.
