Key Responsibilities:
Prioritization and Strategic Coordination:
- Utilize exceptional prioritization skills to navigate dynamic landscapes, ensuring that both micro-level intricacies and macro-level strategies are effectively addressed.
Calendar Management:
- Take full ownership of the CEO's calendar, meticulously managing critical dates, monitoring changes, updates, and travel arrangements. Proactively identify potential conflicts or barriers, providing solutions to mitigate them.
Relationship Management:
- Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO's time, skillfully managing relationships at a senior level. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and prioritizing engagements accordingly.
Document Management:
- Oversee the management of critical documentations, including contracts. Maintain organized and accessible documentation systems to facilitate efficient retrieval and utilization of essential materials.
Additional Responsibilities:

Required Education, Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors, Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum Two (2) years of Executive/Administrative Assistant or Medical Assistant
