Responsibilities:
- Manage executive's Outlook calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Transcribe meeting minutes and prepare reports
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone systems
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service at the front desk
- Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and organizing documents
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
