Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and events
- Prepare and transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Conduct research and compile data for various reports and presentations
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Perform general clerical duties such as typing, filing, and photocopying
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment in handling sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs
