Acting as the "Face" and gatekeeper of the CEO office, you will work directly with the President & CEO managing a broad variety of administrative tasks. Competent, professional, discreet and committed, you will collaborate with Senior Executives and their Executive Assistants, providing world-class support to Marsh McLennan's most senior leader.

We will count on you to:
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President & CEO including:
- Managing an extremely active calendar
- Arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
- Composing and preparing confidential correspondence
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of expense reports
- Compiling documents and materials for meetings
- Establish standing review of the upcoming calendar with the CEO
- Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature
- Plan, coordinate and ensure the CEO's schedule is followed and respected
- Serve as first interaction with the executive office, setting a professional and welcoming tone
- Ensure meeting materials for internal, Board, client meetings and speaking engagements are prepared and provided in a timely manner
- Collaborate effectively with external and internal stakeholders including:
- Peers across Marsh McLennan businesses / functions, on meetings and speaking engagements.
- Industry leader's office /EAs to build external relationships
- Finance / LCPA on earnings, Board and other standing EC schedules to establish the calendar requirements
- EC members and the Chief of Staff
What you need to have:
- Proven track record successfully supporting high-performance C-suite and/or Senior Executives
- Organizational skills, keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and practical thinking
- Anticipatory orientation - ability to plan ahead, forecast needs and respond in timely manner
- Verbal and written communication strength.
- Ability to handle confidential and time sensitive matters and material with discretion
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment
- Forward-looking mindset and ability to actively seek opportunities and propose solutions
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Committed and hardworking

The applicable base salary range for this role is $95,000 to $160,000, with flexibility for the right candidate.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
