Job Description
We're a 45-person company in Overland Park and need weekly help around the office. We need about 10-15 hours a week of help and you can set your own hours each week as long as you're getting tasks done by their need by date.
- Configuring system access for new hires
- Setting up work stations and devices
- Shopping and restocking snacks in the kitchen
- Organizing cupboards
- Ordering catered lunches for the team/guests
- Hanging stuff on walls and putting together furniture, etc.
- Supportive tasks for the Chief Operations Officer
- You have great problem-solving skills. If something isn't working, you'll find a way to sort it out on your own.
- You are the energizer-bunny. You can walk into a room and spot all the things that need to be done without needing to be told what they are.
- You are hyper-organized. Your pantry or closet looks like Marie Kondo organized it.
- You love to bring order to chaos. Clutter and disorganization makes you anxious. You have developed your own systems for keeping an office/home organized that work.
- You enjoy assemble furniture. You've got your own toolbox and you consider
- You are rock-solid reliable. If you say you'll be there, neither rain, nor snow, nor sleet, nor hail shall keep you from your appointed rounds.
- You have experience running a busy household or office.
- You are quick on a computer and don't find technology intimidating in the least. It wouldn't intimate you if you were asked to set up computer equipment from instruction manuals. Bonus points if you're Mac-savvy.
- You would be able to lift up to 40 pounds if the situation called for it.
- The person who fills this role wants to be in a permanent part time role and has no desire to be full time in the future.
- This role is not a foot in the door to another role or to full time. This role has no plans to become full time.
