Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization
- Assist with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations
- Compose and prepare professional correspondence
- Provide sophisticated calendar management
- Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
- Work closely with CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
- Coordinate and manage meetings and business events
- Present and communicate appropriate and consistent brand standard
- Other assignments as requested
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
- Executive support experience, including supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Smartsheet or Asana knowledge a plus
- Technology driven with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Ability to learn multiple technology programs / software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Make appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time
- Ability to thrive in a small entrepreneurial office environment
- Must have a high level of personal integrity and initiative
