The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills, phone etiquette, interviewing background and meticulous attention for details. This person should have have least 2yrs experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties, and providing support to managers. This job is a hybrid role mostly remote but 1 day in person a week.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing weekly Google calendars, scheduling meetings, conducting interviews
-Support the CEO primarily and provide additional support to a manager , as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently
-Maintain employee records, attend required virtual trainings
-Respond to inquiries via email.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
-Perform billing data entry and maintain accurate records of employee files, training modules
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
-Maintain professional demeanor
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to electronically file, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Extremely organized with electronic filing systems
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Google Drive, Google docs, Google Calendar, Excel proficient creating spreadsheets, templates.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Attention to detail is extremely important and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Customer service-oriented mindset.
The employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 25 per week
