Job Description:
As a clinic coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Regenerative Medicine Clinic. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, answering communications on multiple platforms, creating schedule of treatments, and providing excellent customer service to our patients. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills, having patience and have a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
-Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answer inquiries within a timely manner, and address needs via phone calls, text messaging, email, and in-person interactions.
-Administrative Support: Assist with the administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, receiving payments, sending fax, managing patient records and maintaining an organized clinic environment.
-Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the clinic’s healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure the efficient delivery of services and positive patient experience.
-Multi-tasking: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Natural Medicine Interest: Possess interest in alternative medicine and willing to learn and grow in the field.
-Reliability and Punctuality: Maintain a consistent and reliable presence at the clinic, ensuring timely arrival for shifts.
-Problem-Solving: Handle patient issues and concerns with professionalism, finding appropriate language and solutions to ensure patient satisfaction and care.
Qualifications:
-Excellent attitude and the willingness to learn.
-Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
-Strong customer service skills with a patient and positive attitude.
-Ability to work effectively in a team environment
-Prior administrative experience is a plus
-Interest in natural medicine and holistic health is desirable.
-Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
-Demonstrated ability to remain calm and level-headed in a fast-paced environment.
-Ability to review our website for a deeper understanding of all our services.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 28 per week
