Responsibilities
- Report to the Executive Director
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
- Create action items from verbal communication
- Create efficient and organized systems
- Speak into prioritization of tasks
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain contact lists and update CRM entries
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external communication
- Manage donor communications on behalf of the Executive Director
- Assist with fund development event coordination and foundation management tasks
Requirements and skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google drive apps, and Canva
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Associate’s Degree; additional experience as an administrative assistant or secretary a plus
- Experience in the theatre or broader entertainment industries an advantage, but not a requirement
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
