Job Description:
- Coordinate timesheets for all Temporary Staff within CHRC Intake.
- Manage CHRC Intake Unit time off requests.
- Responsible for managing CHRC Mail Inbox.
- Preside over employee's attendance.
- Communicate with Vendors when necessary.
- Preside over employees' overtime and accomplishments, when necessary
- Coordinate Onboarding of New Hire.
- Oversee training of staff.
- Liaison for Intake Redmine to IT
- Correspond with program areas outside of CHRC.
- Receive and process inquiries from the Legal on the status of Provider Submissions and conduct the necessary follow-up
- Oversee primary for End of Day Reports
