Job Summary: The Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the President of GWS Tool Group and the executive management team with various administrative responsibilities. This position is considered a key contributor while providing administrative support to the team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides strategic calendar management based on business and executive needs
- Uses discretion to make independent decisions to prioritize customer/partner meetings and urgent escalations
- Exercises a sense of priority and awareness for high impact meetings and urgent business needs
- Proactively adapts to shifting priorities
- Responsible for the coordination of logistics, from flight and hotel arrangements to airport transfers, meals, and selection of appropriate vendors for team-building events or entertainment as well as timekeeping and administrating meetings
- Development and planning of team agendas in preparation for management team meetings and work sessions. In sessions, you will be responsible for recording minutes and actions planning. Further you will track and provide follow up for identified actions.
- Participate in various projects and committees to assist in ensuring progress on objectives and provide organizational support
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain an high level of confidentiality
- Other administrative based duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- 5+ years of Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administrative work for executive/upper level management
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams and hosting virtual meetings
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (for events, travel, training, etc)
- 3+ years of experience planning and executing large and strategic events
- 3+ years of experience providing project management support and tracking deliverables and timetables

Pay: $64,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
