Our client is a public accounting firm. They seek a temp to perm Executive Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast and accurate replies to requests and follow up on action items
- Oversee calendar management by coordinating meetings of the CEO with clients
- Handle meeting details including agendas, notes, action items, and follow-ups
- Screen and respond to phone calls and emails and manage packages and mail
- Draft correspondence, prepare presentations, and complete other tasks
- Prepare engagement letters, reports, memos, invoices, and other documents
- Reconcile personal bills, health insurance claims, and charitable contributions
- Develop relationships and rapport with key stakeholders and executives
- Ensure seamless collaboration on projects and day-to-day business operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
- Professional and personable demeanor
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
