Executive Assistant $34/Hr

Executive Assistant to the Nursing Director located in Cambridge, MA
*13 week contract with possible extensions and/or permanent opportunities
Pay: $34/hr
Schedule: Full time - 7am-4pm onsite required
Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Administrative or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Thoroughly proficient in use of computer programs, Microsoft Office (email, calendar, powerpoint, excel)
• Proficient in written and oral communication; able to compose and/or edit memoranda
• Ability to draft presentations for review by stakeholders
• Ability to use independent thinking to solve problems and anticipate needs
• Minimum of 2-5 years administrative support to one or more executives

Summary:

• Providing project management, scheduling and overall administrative support to MAH Nursing Directors
• Performs a variety of administrative duties in an autonomous and flexible environment
• Review correspondence and draft responses as appropriate, or forward to appropriate person for response
• Act as a liaison with MAH Leadership, assisting in relationship building with various constituents and leadership offices
• Generates documents and reports based on provided guidelines/instruction
