Position Title:Executive Administrator/Office Manager
Location: near Wayne, NJ – Onsite Role
Position Type: Full-time (Hrs.: 9 am– 5:30 pm)
Reports to: CEO
Compensation: $70-85K (Depending on experience)

A highly successful CEO is looking for an Executive Administrator/Office Manager who is super-organized for a small business with 35 employees. You are detail-focused and tech-savvy, and the right hand to make an incredible difference for a modern luxury manufacturing company. This is an individual who thrives in doing everything and likes to check off their daily list. You will never get bored in this role: it's a combination of HR, Bookkeeping, Project Management, and supporting the CEO.

Responsibilities include:
- Help executive prioritize work, provide timely reminders as needed, gather paperwork/samples in order to expedite workflow.
- Handle administrative issues, e.g. initiate/follow up on tickets with IT support vendors, phone vendors, etc.
- Maintains confidential communication, including all HR paperwork and correspondence.
- Managing confidential projects, programs, and client information with multiple stakeholders.
- Handle escalation from data entry team in resolving matters such as short payments, skipped invoices, credit notes utilized twice, etc.
- Process credit card payments.
- Prepare data sets of images for e-commerce dealers, organize photography, etc.
- Maintain HR records – upload documents to HR document system, and assist department managers with onboarding process.
