Job Description
Seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant who is well versed and capable of dealing with Accounting and clerical issues as well as help with the team's needs, tasks, account management when needed, reporting, and more. You must be a problem solver, fiercely loyal and capable, and be able to adapt in a high-demand environment. You will provide high-level administrative support for the leadership team at our company. There will be a variety of tasks and projects that you'll be involved in, including sitting at the front desk to help with customer, employee, and office interactions.
Responsibilities:
Handle administrative needs for the team, including the CEO and President
Assist with key accounts for Franchises and Customers
Assist with Sales Coordinating / ensuring sales team is successful
Assist with overseeing / calculating / paying commissions
Be extremely fast at reaction/turnaround time while also paying close attention to detail
Fierce loyalty is required as you'll be handling sensitive information at times, including customer information
Project Management and Time Management to juggle multiple time-sensitive projects
Generating of reports, metrics, etc.
Office Management tasks
Fleet Management
Customer and Key Account relationship management
Event Planning
Property Management Issues
Understanding and Creating Proposals
Lead / Marketing management
Holding Team accountable
Logging notes, information, and analytics from meetings
Qualifications:
Experience with Accounting
Experience with Quickbooks
Problem Solving
Communication Skills - transparency. Anticipating needs but communicating in advance - don't assume.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong attention to detail
Calm demeanor in sometimes high-stress environments
