Job Description
Seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to help with the team's needs, tasks, account management when needed, reporting, and more. You must be a problem solver, fiercely loyal and capable, and be able to adapt in a high-demand environment. You will provide high-level administrative support for the leadership team at our company. There will be a variety of tasks and projects that you'll be involved in, including sitting at the front desk to help with customer, employee, and office interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative needs for the team, including the CEO and President
- Assist with key accounts for Franchises and Customers
- Be extremely fast at reaction/turnaround time while also paying close attention to detail
- Fierce loyalty is required as you'll be handling sensitive information at times, including customer information
- Project Management and Time Management to juggle multiple time-sensitive projects
- Generating of reports, metrics, etc.
- Office Management tasks
- Logging notes, information, and analytics from meetings
