Executive Administrative Assistant
POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Domestic Tax Team including processing and mailing federal and state income tax returns and maintaining records for the department.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process, scan, and mail federal and state income tax returns.
- Maintain internal copies and records of all tax returns, payments, and other supporting documentation.
- Submit check requests and coordinate delivery with accounts payable department for tax payments.
- Communicate with various taxing jurisdictions regarding notices or refunds received by the department.
- Serve as a point of contact with third party preparer of annual reports filed with Secretary of State offices.
- Management of offsite storage records including requests and retention.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
- Provide assistance on various department projects as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate office setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $65,000 - 70,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
