Job Title: National Sales
Reports To: Operation Manager
Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven sales to help us achieve our sales and revenue targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and negotiating and closing deals. The sales will work closely with the Operation Manager and other departments to develop and implement strategies to achieve company growth and profitability.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and industry events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Develop and execute strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding our customer base
- Negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the Sales Director and other departments to develop and implement sales strategies
- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs, and generate product development ideas
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Participate in pricing the solution/service
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, or a related field
- Experience in the LED lighting industry is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales
- Strong negotiating and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
