Responsible for administrative support, including appointment scheduling, room scheduling, completion of personal forms, paperwork and contacting vendors for various College and Career needs. Position involves a great amount of confidentiality and must be able to work independently, and as a team.
*Requires excellent ability to be proficient, organized, be able to proofread, edit, work independently, and have exceptional attention to detail
*Requires regular communication with students, faculty and staff on all aspects within the College and Career Center
*Requires ability to regenerate reports from Schoolinks and summarize data from various computer systems including eSchool.
*Requires strong knowledge of Google Suites.
Executive Administrative Assistant
$19.91 - $20.67/hour, plus generous benefits package
7:30 am- 4:00 pm
