Events play a critical role in Wipfli’s client experience and growth strategy. This role is responsible for providing critical support for all types of Wipfli event experiences, from small networking events and seminars all the way to national conferences. You will work with marketing peers and firm leaders to help plan, execute and measure on-brand delivery of exciting event experiences for clients, prospects and associates. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with a passion for events, people and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist team in coordinating and deploying the right combination of tools and marketing assets based on event needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align event strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
- Support the firm’s events team by thorough planning, execution and post-event tasks
- Assist with event project management to ensure tasks are completed and event deadlines are met.
- Organize details such as schedules, registration and run of show considerations for major events.
- Manage pricing inquiries for event vendors, services and materials.
- Coordinate logistical aspects, including venue sourcing, material handling and tracking shipments.
- Assist in collecting and evaluating event data and feedback to measure the success of events.
- Manage event budgets, tracking expenses and processing payments and invoices.
- Build and demonstrate knowledge of digital event tools; stay up to date on technology changes and new features.
- Maintain professional curiosity in the events space by learning new tools and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field; or minimum of 5 years of related experience without a degree.
- Minimum 3 years job-related experience; proven desire to invest in a career focused on events.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in planning and executing successful corporate marketing events .
- Desire and willingness to travel (within U.S.) multiple times a year to support major firm events.
- Able to prioritize, manage and coordinate small details while keeping the big picture in mind.
- Experience in CVent Supplier Network and familiarity with site sourcing activities a plus.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, accuracy, persistence and dependability.
- Technical knowledge: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), GoToWebinar, Zoom, Teams required. Virtual event tools such as Pheedloop, Bizzabo, Hopin, etc. a plus.
- Ability to be in office on as-needed basis, a plus, but not required.

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate’s unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $50,000 to $82,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
