Internal Training:

Our commitment to excellence is evident in our comprehensive internal training program. Guided by industry experts who played a key role in our 2023 success, the program equips you with the skills needed to navigate real-life challenges. Each team member is paired with a mentor, ensuring a seamless transition into our dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Complete 2-4 weeks of paid training provided by the firm
• Spearhead non-profit fundraising events on behalf of clients
• Execute impactful charitable fundraising events
• Progress into a leadership position within the company
• Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 members
• Manage client relations and exceed expectations
• Engage in public speaking engagements
• Contribute to compelling social media content
• Coordinate corporate networking events

Qualifications:

• Marketing/Advertising/BA Degree
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proven leadership experience in a professional environment
• Track record of success working with NPOs
• Experience in Marketing/Advertising/Sales
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Immediate availability to start
• This in-person role is based in Tampa, Fl

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
