The Events Manager is responsible for leading the development of a strategic and scalable event management program that enables impactful, differentiated, and on-brand event experiences & celebrations for our associates, customers, and partners in alignment with our people-focused culture.
The Events Manager is accountable for the execution of all internal and external events & celebrations and will work closely with marketing teammates, key business unit stakeholders, executives, and outside partners to ensure all physical experiences reflect our mission to ignite human potential.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
50% of job: Lead the development and execution of an impactful & scalable event program that enables the team to support internal & external events and is strategically aligned with the organization’s objectives and executed within brand standards.
30% of job: Manage the strategy and planning of the milestone program to celebrate our associates’ and customers’ commitment in a meaningful & memorable way in alignment with our mission.
20% of job: Create open channels of communication and stay well connected to enterprise and business unit stakeholders. Build meaningful relationships across the organization grounded in trust, reliability and mutual understanding.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Education Major: Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field
Work Experience: 7+ year’s event planning experience

Salary starts at $84K and will increase upon experience evaluation by management.
