We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team. The Event Manager assist the Director of Operations with planning, organizing, and executing 300+ events annually, ensuring their success from start to finish. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong customer service skills are a must.
Duties:
- Work directly with Director of Operations to oversee private events that take place within the restaurant
- Conduct client tastings and tours of the venue
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events
- Oversee guest services during events, ensuring a positive experience for all attendees
- Manage event timelines and schedules to ensure all activities are executed on time
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of each event and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management
Experience:
- Proven experience in hospitality or events management
- Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations is beneficial
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with Toast and Tripleseat
