Events Assistant

We are currently seeking an Event Assistant to join our team.
This is a contract position that will involve working with various businesses in the hospitality industry, including sporting games, expos, tail-gates and catering companies.

Duties:
- Assist with the planning and execution of events, including fundraisers, banquets, and other special occasions
- Work closely with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that their events run smoothly
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available for each event
- Provide excellent guest services during events, including greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Assist with setup and cleanup of events as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $660.00 - $795.00 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only
