Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup, coordination, and execution of youth sports events as part of a photography team.
• Manage your time effectively while taking photos and interacting with patrons throughout an event weekend.
• Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and clients, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and implement solutions effectively.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company in a positive light at all times.
• Travel to event locations as required, including overnight stays.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or related fields preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with diverse groups of people.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel frequently and work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work outdoors and on your feet 8-10 hours during an event.
• Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the success of each event.
