We are seeking a Event Marketing Manager (remote in the Tampa Bay, Florida area) to join our growing team!
Position Overview
Manages the marketing activities and programs for the organization. Develops and implements marketing plans to serve the business objectives. Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment and coordinates market research projects. Selects and manages ongoing relationships with different marketing vendors. May oversees advertising, events and public relations.
Position Summary
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
- Grow pipeline by creating, executing and leading the demand generation strategy across multiple personas and at every stage of the buyer’s journey with clear goals, objectives, strategies and tactics
- Position the brands and products in the division with clear value propositions in the market.
- Maintain competitive analysis and customer segment understanding to formulate and execute positioning of products, messaging, sales enablement and go-to-market strategy
- Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation and interface with division sales leader and sales team for lead tracking and management
- Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to create campaign strategy, best practices and trend analysis
- Ensure sales and marketing alignment of priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions, customer insights and/or emerging opportunities
- Collect, consolidate and generate weekly marketing Key Performance Indicators (week, month and quarter focus) and roll up each week’s numbers to Marketing Management
- Compile key pieces of information related to performance against marketing objectives to be reviewed by Management
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads
- Act as the traffic manager for all advertising commitments, making sure marketing teams deliver on time, advertising is tracked, and publications are paid
We are looking for someone who brings
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing related functions with a B2B software company or SaaS
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field desired
Computer/Technical:
- Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications
Other Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills
- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team are necessary
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with keen ability to deal with detailed, and sometimes ambiguous, information
- Skilled at interacting with employees at all levels within the organization
The salary range for this role is $57,000 - $67,000 a year depending on experience.
