Position Details:

• Job Title: Event Coordinator

• Salary: $23 to $32 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday

Your Role:

• Lead the coordination and execution of various events to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.
• Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, setup, and participant engagement.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and the event team to ensure all aspects of the event meet expectations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all event attendees.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance overall participant engagement and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Enthusiasm, proactivity, and adaptability with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
