Job Title:Event Coordinator
Location: Richardson, TX
Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Mon - Thurs 9am 4:30pm and Fri 9am-2pm (subject to work later on some days to get ready for marketing events)
Job Duties:
Email all community prospects and Advertising Partners about events happening
Assist with setting up and breaking down for events
Answer phone calls and assist with guest event reservations
Coordinate senior volunteers and greet/check in seniors as they arrive
Assist with coordination and ordering food for catered events
Replenish and manage inventory of office and kitchen supplies
Assist with taking pictures and videos during events
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or administrative experience is required
Must be comfortable setting up and planning events, and be detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Comfortable working and interacting with Senior Citizens on a daily basis
Familiar with common office equipment (printers, copier, fax, etc)
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive/Docs/Sheets
