Responsibilities of the Social Media and Marketing Coordinator
The Social Media and Marketing Coordinator will assist in driving execution and production of marketing initiatives for Principle Auto and our dealerships. Under the direction of the Vice President of Marketing, this position assists in developing innovative campaigns and evets that build customer relationships and brand loyalty. Other responsibilities include:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute engaging Social Media campaigns across various platforms.
- Monitor Social Media channels, interact with followers, and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to find areas of collaboration and ensure event preparation and execution.
- Work directly with the Principle Auto Leadership Team and Dealership leaders for both internal and external events.
- Data Analysis:
- Demonstrate strong Excel skills to reconcile invoices with budgets.
- Calculate ROI for events, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Report on reputation metrics and scores across public reputation websites.
- Manage, track and report on manufacture marketing programs and reporting dashboards in order to maximize manufacturer partnerships and ensure compliance with program rules.
Competency and Qualifications of the Marketing Content Writer
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
- 1-2 Years of Marketing Experience:
- Previous luxury professional experience in a marketing role is preferred.
- Proven track record of contributing to successful marketing initiatives.
- Passion for the Automotive Industry:
- Genuine interest in cars, luxury brands, and building customer relationships that go beyond a single transaction.
- Ability to translate this passion into creative marketing strategies that ultimately drive sales.
- Detail-Orientation:
- Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Excel Proficiency:
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel for data analysis and budget reconciliation.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, including formulas and graphs, to extract meaningful data and report on overall ROI for marketing dollars spent.
- Effective Communication:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
