Evenings Book Packers / Shipping Clerks

Description:

• Assemble containers and crates, using proper packing methods pack goods to be shipped, and attach packing slips
• Prepare shipping documents using various types of shipping software
• Maintain safe working conditions and keep work areas clean
• May be required to operate pallet jack and related stockroom machinery

Requirements:

• Able to organize and pack materials along with checking documents for accuracy
• Previous Fed Ex and UPS experience a plus
• Must have the physical strength and stamina to lift and move goods repeatedly
• Ability to work on your feet during an entire shift
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to cross train into other areas as needed
• Ability to lift 30-50 pounds

Shifts:

Part-time Evening Shift: Four to five evenings per week (M - F) . 3pm - 8pm.

Salary: $17.50 per hour
