Position:
We are currently seeking an individual to join our logistics team in the Warehouse/Shipping and receiving area.
Responsibilities:
- Ship and receive domestic and international goods from Chanhassen location to worldwide customers.
- Parts sales - This includes direct communication with customers via phone and email, quoting customer’s part needs, creating parts sales orders, and invoicing the sales orders
- Document shipping and receiving transactions in company Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains database
- Route goods to and physically transact inventory from appropriate stocking locations.
- Handle and properly pack potentially hazardous materials to ensure safe shipment. \*\*Requires to be DG (Dangerous Goods) certification.
- Ensure accurate completion of necessary transportation and customs paperwork
- Operate dock station equipment (e.g. forklift \*\*Requires a forklift license, box compactor, etc.)
- Assist field engineers with parts and loaner requests.
- Request parts through the purchasing department and manage the Customer Service stock by making sure inventory levels are adequate for all customer needs (Internal/External) Report Shortages and damaged goods
- Perform cycle counting on company inventory

- Knowledge of methods and procedures pertaining to the processing and distribution of a variety of products
- Effectively communicate with internal and external vendors and all members of organization
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma / GED and a minimum of two years related experience.
