Position:
We are currently seeking an individual to join our logistics team in the Warehouse/Shipping and receiving area.

Responsibilities:

• Ship and receive domestic and international goods from Chanhassen location to worldwide customers.
• Parts sales - This includes direct communication with customers via phone and email, quoting customer’s part needs, creating parts sales orders, and invoicing the sales orders
• Document shipping and receiving transactions in company Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains database
• Route goods to and physically transact inventory from appropriate stocking locations.
• Handle and properly pack potentially hazardous materials to ensure safe shipment. \*\*Requires to be DG (Dangerous Goods) certification.
• Ensure accurate completion of necessary transportation and customs paperwork
• Operate dock station equipment (e.g. forklift \*\*Requires a forklift license, box compactor, etc.)
• Assist field engineers with parts and loaner requests.
• Request parts through the purchasing department and manage the Customer Service stock by making sure inventory levels are adequate for all customer needs (Internal/External) Report Shortages and damaged goods
• Perform cycle counting on company inventory

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma / GED and a minimum of two years related experience.
