Essential functions:
- Print and collate paperwork needed for all LTL, TL, Priority and customer pick up loads
- Track, trace and update all truckloads and their shipments in the King systems
- Track, trace and update all less than truckloads in the King systems on Saturday and Sunday only
- Monitors and tracking of Hot Tracks report
- Scan and index documents
- Dispatch local cartage
- Manage containers upon arrival and notify carriers when empty or loaded
- Resolve OS & D issues
- Communicate with LTL carriers on any issues
- Perform other appropriate duties at the discretion of management
Skills and experience required:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years transportation experience
- Strong computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Possess a strong sense of urgency
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly effective problem solving skills
- Forklift driving experience a plus
- Maintain composure under high stress situations
