As a Derivatives Structurer, you will be responsible for systematic design and construction of custom structured investments for Arta’s user base, taking into account not only present market conditions and pricing but also existing client preferences, goals, and financial ‘problems’ that are unsolved by existing solutions. Reporting to Arta’s Head of Derivatives, you’ll work closely and strategize to land the right products at the right time, supercharging member portfolios while growing Arta’s AUM. What You Will Do
Build a framework to systematically select optimized Arta-exclusive structured investments across market regimes
Stay on top of market conditions, sentiments, and bank exotics desk positioning to opportunistically bring our members additional bespoke opportunities
Work closely with the Head of Derivatives to experiment, design, and bring to market novel structures
Work with Marketing team to quantify use cases for structured investments + bring to market in ways that are understandable to our members
Closely partner with the Risk and Compliance teams to determine appropriate controls
Design and build full-stack solutions for collecting, analyzing and presenting market data and insights for structured investments
Collaborate closely with our Product Managers and UI/UX teams
Who You Are
You have 2-3 years of professional experience on an Equity Derivatives trading or structuring desk - experience with retail structured investments or exotics trading strongly preferred
You have a Bachelor’s degree in hard sciences (math, physics, engineering, cs) or equivalent practical experience
You have a proven track record of working collaboratively, independently, strategically and with an owners mindset
You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
You must be authorized to work in the United States
You are based in the United States, and you are able to work from the Mountain View HQ when needed
Preferred: You hold a valid Series 7 and 63

Arta's Compensation Philosophy
We determine your level based on factors including your interview performance, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Our offers are based on salary bands that are updated periodically using market benchmarks and consider geographic location as well (for example, higher cost regions like San Francisco or New York). If you are presented with an offer, we will review the base salary, benefits, number of options, notional option value and strike price. We would like to know if you accept our offer within 7 days.
Please keep in mind that the equity portion of your offer is not included in these numbers and represents a significant part of your total compensation.
IC I: $110,000-$180,000
IC II: $160,000-$230,000
IC III: $180,000-$300,000
