Job Overview:
The Equity Trader is responsible for supporting LPL financial advisors and their clients. Hybrid role- 2-3 days in office, Fort Mill, SC ,Overland Park, KS and San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities:
Assist financial advisors, money managers, and retail clients with order placement and trade inquiries
Assist in resolving trade and settlement issues by working with the market centers and exchanges
Handle a high volume of inbound trading and service related calls

Requirements:
1-2 years trading desk experience
FINRA Series 7 & 63 or 65 required, 55 license obtained within 90 days
Hybrid role- 2-3 days in office, Overland Park, KS or San Diego, CA.
Core Competencies:
Thorough knowledge of market place rules and regulations
Demonstrated high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to listen and communicate in a clear and concise manner
Must be able to work productively in both a small and large group setting
Preferences:
Series 4 license
Bachelors degree
Pay Range:
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
