ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Support Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) administrative duties.
2. Provide coordination, scheduling, and administrative support for the EHS team.
3. Develop slide decks and other presentation materials working with SME’s and stakeholders.
4. Coordinate safety projects with other headquarters teams, including but not limited to the Training team, Technical Communications team, and Operation Program Managers.
5. Database management and reporting; using Power BI and Excel to create and maintain reports.
6. Responsible for document retention.
7. Schedule, facilitate, and take notes for client and internal meetings using client meeting technology.
8. Serve as a point-of-contact for safety functions and documentation; act as a connector of information for site-based and headquarters-based operations personnel.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to workflows and operating practices to improve efficiency.
10. Conduct annual review of safety-related documents in partnership with stakeholders.
11. Maintain a “customer service” approach to problem solving and work with clients to find solutions to questions or concerns.
12. At the direction of the Global EHS Manager, perform other duties as assigned to ensure the overall success of the Datacenter Physical Security program.

MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS

Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a reliable means of communication, such as cell phone.
• Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
• Must hold or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license or equivalent.
• Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
• Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
• Must have a high school diploma, secondary education equivalent, or GED.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Must be bilingual in spanish and english

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Associate degree and two years of related experience required. Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience enough to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
• Intermediate-level skill using Microsoft Office, including PowerBI, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Health and Safety regulations helpful but not required.
