We are seeking an Entry Level Receptionist at the Nicole Spellman Group in Gonzales, Louisiana. The position is a full-time, individual contributor role responsible for providing professional customer service and administrative support throughout the organization. High inbound and outbound call volume. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with an eagerness to learn and help where needed. Position is Entry Level with multiple opportunities for advancement and pay increases for the right individual.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this position is $10 per hour plus $25 per set appointment (minimum of 10 set appointments weekly), paid bi-weekly. 10 days of holiday pay annually and 2 weeks of paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors upon arrival
- Answer inquiries from the public and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, managing them efficiently
- Track attendance and report absences to appropriate personnel
- Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and sorting mail
- Manage office supply inventory, and order supplies when needed
- Prepare documents and packages for mailing
- Maintain an organized filing system and database
- Assist other departments as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow
- Proficient with computers and relevant software
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional attitude, presentation, and demeanor
